Solution for Infrastructure Construction

Avainia Infra is designed for infrastructure construction professionals.

With the help of the service you can accumulate a client specific project file of ongoing projects and contracts and store documents available to clients.

An implicit part of the service includes a mobile application that allows you to take and store photographs from construction sites and on the road.

The collected material forms a digital material bank that stores all stages of construction.

A communication module that allows you to inform your clients about projects or other current matters can also be connected to the service.

Individual packages

Create announcements and topical articles with the communication tool. The bulletin board collects current information visible for residents, shareholders and construction professionals. You can also send new notifications directly to the selected recipients’ email.
Manage and share documents and attachments. Save all essential documents to the service (e.g. schedules, site journals, memorandums, records) and mark the target group you want to share them with.

My Home service

My Home service is a feature within a service that is aimed at shareholders or tenants, which allows the collection of documentation related to a specific apartment. Documentation can be stored to the service by constructors, stakeholders or shareholders themselves. Photographs, documents and other archived information may be attached to the service.

Electronic signature

An electronic signature module is connectable to the service, which can be used to request a client’s approval for documents or orders. Contracts with electronic signatures are legally as binding as signed paper contracts.

Mobile application for picture storage

Our mobile application makes picture storage easy! Using your mobile phone, the application allows you to download pictures directly from construction sites to the digital material bank available for selected target groups.

Semantic search and machine learning

Machine learning carried out in cooperation with VXT Research improves understanding of large complexes by utilizing tacit knowledge and also assists in acquiring skill and experience. External sources can be utilized for knowledge enrichment.

Housing material selections

A building or repair construction company is able to take care of shareholders’ material selections during, for example, a plumbing renovation using the Housing materials selections module.

A product database is connected to the housing material selections in which the most frequently used products can be imported, for example, in CSV format. The products are always readily available from the housing material selection database and frequent updating is not necessary.

Offer calculation

An offer component can be connected to the Housing material selections module. The shareholder can use the component to request an offer for additional work that may be ordered during a renovation. The construction company can send an offer through the service, which is either accepted or rejected by the shareholder.

Electronic commerce

Incorporate a buying feature to the Housing material selections module, which includes services for purchasing additional products and payment options for additional orders.

Reporting

A module related to the Housing material selections, which allows you to see submitted orders by staircase, apartment or condominium. With the Report feature you can also check all additional sales and sort them by residential address.
